Graham Hole, who is both a STEM Ambassador and School Enterprise Advisor, visited our Year 11 assembly recently to tell them about Sibelco and their role as a leading mineral extraction and recycling operation. 

After the year group assembly, Graham then met with a group of Sixth Form, Year 10 and Year 9 students for an in depth Careers Presentation and Question and Answer session.

Graham also highlighted the current range of entry level opportunities including Level 2 Apprenticeships right through to Degree Apprenticeships and wider Graduate Training Programmes.

When asked about what Sibelco are looking for in their future workforce, Graham focussed on the importance of quality work experience and developing a good work ethic
