Get Ready for the Next Level

A member of the University of Plymouth Outreach team visited the College in Mid-December to deliver an assembly to our Year 11 students on the Benefits of University. 

Following the assembly, a workshop and Q&A session was offered to a group of interested Year 10 and Sixth Form students which covered a variety of areas such as student loans, and tips on how to select a course and university. 

Year 13 student Nick said, “Yesterday morning we attended a university talk, where we discussed why university is beneficial, which ones to go to and how to apply/organise accommodation.

"This was extremely helpful as it cleared up common misconceptions and helped me be better prepared going forward.”
