E-Safety with Sharon Girling OBE
Worried about what your child may see on the internet?
We are delighted to announce that we will be joined by former Police Officer and child protection expert Sharon Girling OBE who will be presenting a talk to guests on the subject of E-Safety.
According to her organisation, Sharon “was at the forefront of a national and international response to online child abuse and developed the processes and procedures that led to the creation of the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre."
This is an incredible opportunity to hear about how to safeguard your child against the dangers of the internet and learn about national trends/concerns.
This session is part of our wider ‘ParentMeet’ series of events and will be taking place on:
Thursday, 8 February 2024
from 5.00pm
Parents and carers are welcome to attend, admission is free, but places must be booked in advance.
