As part of their assignment, they were also responsible for the organising and planning of the event and for the logistics and set up on the day. 

They were fortunate to be able run these as a live performance at the College on Monday, 14 December.  Due to Covid-19 restrictions, they were unable to invite in an audience but their performances were recorded instead.

The performances included a mixture of solos and band performances and highlighted a wide range of musical styles featuring Imogen on the piano, Billy and Casper on the guitar, Jacob on the bass guitar and saxophone and Nathan and Lewis on the drums. 

The students were very pleased to have had this opportunity to perform at the College, with Billy commenting, “It was valuable experience which will be useful for upcoming performances,” and Nathan adding, “It was a fun and useful day.  Great practice for future performances.”  “I found it very enjoyable playing music with other musicians, and it was also really helpful for my concentration in general”, said Jacob.
