Please note: if you are viewing this page on a mobile phone, you may need to view in Landscape in order to view all of the content.

The College was delighted to be joined by former Police Officer and child protection expert Sharon Girling OBE who spoke with students and parents on the subject of E-Safety.

Students from all Year Groups had an opportunity to hear from Miss Girling across E-Safety day, covering a variety of topics across the day including:

Healthy
Online Profiles

Online
Bullying

Online
Footprint / Presence

Online
Harassment

Online
Wellbeing

Sharon also spoke with parents and carers as part of the College's Parent Meet sessions.

According to her organisation, Sharon “was at the forefront of a national and international response to online child abuse and developed the processes and procedures that led to the creation of the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre."

The College would like to thank Sharon for giving students important information and tips on how to protect themselves online and look forward to inviting her back in the future for more informative E-Safety sessions.
