Christmas Bauble Competition
Students across the College were encouraged to get their creativity flowing in the Geography Department’s ‘Christmas Bauble Competition’.
The only rule was that entries had to mix Geography and Christmas to make a tree decoration. There were a lot of fantastic and creative entries.
The winner was Daisy in Year 8, who created a bauble of Father Christmas riding his sleigh away from Lapland, which also lit up! Close second was Isaac in Year 7, who created a penguin out of a recycled light bulb, and even knitted a scarf for it! In joint third were Lily, in Year 8 for her bauble which depicted the four main layers of the earth, and Melissa, also in Year 8, who created a fantastic snow globe.
A huge well done for the effort of everyone who entered! Congratulations.
