Anti Bullying Week 14 - 18 November 2016 
Anti-Bullying Week is coordinated by the Anti-Bullying Alliance and this year takes place from the 14-18 November. Anti-Bullying Week this year is sponsored by SafeToNet and the Ben Cohen Stand Up Foundation, with support from Internet Matters. The theme is Power for Good and students and parents will be asked to think about how they can use their Power for Good to stop bullying.  A number of events will be taking place in College during this week so please keep a look out for further details.  Please click here for top tips for students.

End of College day
Please note that following a number of concerns regarding the safety of students leaving the site via Harford Road at the end of the day, from Monday, 19 October no cars will be able to enter or exit the car park between 15.25 and 15.45pm.  In addition the green gates to the gravel parking area opposite the Millennium Reception will also be locked during these times.

The Prevent Strategy
Please click here for a copy of The Prevent Strategy. From July 2015 all schools (as well as other organisations) have a duty to safeguard children from radicalisation and extremism. This means we have a responsibility to protect children from extremist and violent views in the same way we protect them from drugs or gang violence.

Cashless Catering
Cashless Catering came into effect on Wednesday, 26 June 2013.  You can access our ParentPay page which provides details on how to activate your account, FAQs and a link to the ParentPay website.  Their website provides further details on how to make payments, setting a maximum daily limit, checking your balance etc.

Sixth Form students new green lanyards 
As part of our safeguarding provision we are introducing identity cards and lanyards for our Sixth Form students. Students have been fully briefed on the rationale behind this move and their questions were answered during an Assembly. The lanyards are pale green in colour and should be worn at all times on the College site.
